At an open meeting at 4:30 p.m. this afternoon in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, the Cambridge City Council will consider Alfred Vellucci's recent proposals for more parking space, an independent "City of Harvard," and voiding of University liquor licenses.

The Councilor's motion to seize University property for parking space is expected to come up for reconsideration in an altered form, with "confiscation" of land substituted for "taking by eminent domain."
