Golf Squad Enters Tournaments Today

The varsity golf squad will participate in two major tournaments over the weekend, the Eastern and New England Intercollegiate Tournaments.

The top six of the squad will qualify for the individual championship and shoot for the team title today in the Easterns at Cornell. Yale, the defending champion, Williams, and Georgetown are considered to have the best chances to gain the team title. Representing the Crimson will be Brock Stokes, Perry Driggs, Roger Fleischmann, Bill McAllister, Lou Klein, and Alan Steinert.

The New England Intercollegiates will be held today at the Oakley Country Club in Watertown, Mass. The varsity entries will be Jim Bailey, Dave Beadie, George Leness, George Mann.
