For the second time this week a Harvard professor has advocated admission of Communist China to the United Nations.

Hightower, associate professor of Far Eastern Languages, said China should be a member of the General Assembly without the veto that a permanent seat in the Security Council would give. "We may not approve of the government of Red China," he said, "but neither do we approve the government of Russia, and yet we recognize it and deal with it."
