Richard Kluckhohn, son of Clyde K.M. Kluckhohn, professor of Anthropology, goes on trial again today in Raleigh, N.C. He is charged with shooting a woman from a Raleigh hotel window last May.

Kluckhohn was convicted of involuntary manslaughter at his first trial but the state Supreme Court ordered a new trial on the basis of errors in the judge's charge to the jury.
