The Yardlings had one of their most successful weekends as three squads all won easily over prep school teams.

Hockey captain George Higginbottom scored a hat trick as the freshman sextet beat St. Paul's 5-0. The track team trampled Exeter 81-9 as Al Gordon set a freshman record for the 600 yard dash with 1:15.6. The basketball squad won easily over Exeter 89-52. Captain George Harrington was high scorer with 31 points.
