Mathus-Der-Maler, by Paul Hindemith, gets its first U.S. premier by the Boston University Opera Theatre at 264 Huntington Ave. Hindemith is pretty generally regarded by the U.S. Friday and Saturday, 8:30 p.m. Sunday, 2:30.

CINEMA
