Joseph E. Frank '56 of Lowell House was elected President of the Harvard Liberal Union in a meeting held Wednesday night.
The HLU chose Hubert H. Schaumburg '56 Vice President, and Morris M. Goldings '57, Political Action Chairman. Stephen R. Kaplan '57 of Dunster House is the new Secretary and Eldon D. Momsey '57 of Lowell House the Treasurer.
The new officers plan to send a delegation to the Political Forum on March 1. They said that they will not take a stand on the Red China issue.
