Radcliffe Dean Will Head School Group

Wilma A. Kerby-Miller, dean of Radcliffe College, yesterday was elected president of the New England Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools.

Dana M. Cotton, placement officer at the School of Education, was reelected secretary-treasurer at the association's annual conference in Boston.

Dean Kerby-Miller, who has previously been first vice-president of the organization, became the eighth woman president in the association's 71 years.
