A relatively inexperienced junior varsity hockey team, opens its 1956-57 season against Arlington High School in a 4 p.m. game at Watson Rink.
Senior Charlie Steedman will start in the goal and serve as acting captain. Steedman was the regular JV goalie last season and is one of the team's more experienced members.
The first line features a senior center Tom Crowley with junior left wing John Wylde and sophomore right wing Dave Birch. The defense will be all sophomores. Coach Jim Hutchinson has worked combinations of Bill Saltonstall and Laurie Pratt and Whip Filoon and Dick Leeson.
