Adlai Will Fly Here To See Grandchild

A 9 pound, 7 ounce boy was born yesterday to Mr. and Mrs. Adlai E. Stevenson, Jr. at the Richardson House of the Boston Lying-in Hospital.

The baby is the first grandchild of Adlai E. Stevenson, Democratic presidential candidate.

Both mother and child were reported "doing nicely." The baby was born at 1:27 p.m.

Stevenson will fly to Boston today to see his first gandson and will participate in an election eve telecast at Boston tonight.
