The second issue of USSR, the Russian magazine sold in this country under a joint treaty with the United States, is scheduled to arrive on the Square's newsstands early next week.
Last month's issue of the magazine was an immediate sell-out. According to the New England News Company, Boston was allocated 400 copies last month.
