Radcliffe Girl Writes Letter Attacking Sex In 'Immoral' Cartoon

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Local burghers rallied yesterday to attack Radcliffe prudery as controversy simmered over a letter in Thursday's Boston Herald. The letter, signed "Radcliffian '58," denounced a cartoon about the Kinsey report now showing at a downtown theatre as incitement to immorality and mockery of marital fidelity (See page 2).

On the contrary, wrote one Charles Wadness in yesterday's Herald, the movie which gives an animated view of statistics on petting and extra-marital affairs, is "clever and amusing. and not in the least offensive." Wadness chided the Radcliffian for her lack of "a sense of humor--and an appreciation of reality."
