Yard Quintet Bows To Dartmouth 66-59

After winning four in a row, the freshman basketball team dropped its first game, 66 to 59, to the Dartmouth freshmen at Hanover last night.

High scorers for the Crimson were captain George Harrington, Alex Christ and Bob Repetto, each with 12 points. Dartmouth's 6-feet-8 center Rudy Larusse led both teams with 21 points, closely followed by Big Green guard Mike Cohen who had 18.

The Indians, playing their first game of the season, took the lead five minutes before halftime, led 29 to 23 at intermission, and were never headed during the second half.
