Five of Harvard's football opponents sloshed through mud and rain on Saturday to opening victories. The University of Massachusetts will play its postponed game against American International this afternoon.

The results were: Cornell 14, Lehigh 6; Columbia 14, Brown 12; Dartmouth 20, Colgate 21; Bucknell 25, Albright 14; Princeton 41, Rutgers 7; and Yale 14, Connecticut 0.
