Tennis Captain Haegler Gets First John Barnaby Award

The newly established John M. Barnaby Award, for the most valuable member of the varsity tennis team, has gone this year to Captain Alex Haegler '55 of Eliot House and Rio de Janeiro, it was announced yesterday.

The award was established by last year's varsity in honor of its coach. Haegler played number two this season and captained his freshman team.
