In a last minute reprieve, the weatherman last night granted the Spring Festival fair weather today and tonight, reversing his earlier decision of rain. According to the forecaster, the rain, which lasted for 17 days and discouraged almost everyone (see cut) should have ended early this morning. The temperature should be in the low 60's, with mild northerly breezes.
