Noise and ball-playing in Lowell Housemaster Elliott Perkins '23 to threaten offenders with possible expulsion from the House.
In a notice posted near the House Superintendent's office, Perkins complained of noise "so bad that people who want to work in the afternoon . . . or sleep during the night have been seriously inconvenienced," and suggested that "athletic members of the House take their sportive tendeneles to soldiers field."
Perkins warned offenders that he had "some names" and had" Instituted measures designed to get others."
