11 Russian Editors Miss Boat for U.S.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The 11 Russian student editors who will visit American colleges missed their boat yesterday, but the State Department said they are still expected to travel.

The Russians were not aboard the Queen Elizabeth when she sailed from England because they did not have visas. The U.S. Embassy in Moscow had denied them visas when they refused to be finger-printed, claiming that it was undignified and discrimination because of their nationality.
