Monday's blood donations represent a substantial increase over the first day results of the November drive, Lewis Kruger '56, co-chairman of the PBH Blood drive committee, announced.

Kruger estimated that Monday's pledges showed a gain of 150 pints over the fall's first day total of 300. "I hope the pledges will pick up in the next few days," Kruger said. "They'll have to to top the fall total of 2,600 pledges," he added.
