Economics I again hold the top spot in the standings of the most popular undergraduate courses for the spring term, according to statistics released yesterday by Registrar Sargent Kennedy '28.
The number of undergraduate students enrolled in individual spring courses ranges from the 569 in Economics I to one in many of the advanced courses. Humanities 4, only sixth a year ago, placed second with 530 students.
Besides the general education courses which always rank high, Math 1B, Gov 1A, and English 170B also were in the top ten. Large Radcliffe contingents helped Fine Arts 13 and Music I reach sixth and seventh places.
General Education Ahf, which has led every year since its creation, has not been considered in the popularity chart because it is a required course.
