Philip J. McNiff, assistant director of the College Library, will be answering questions on the College's library policy tonight at 7:15 p.m. He is scheduled to speak over WGBH in a program on the library's past, present and future arranged by John B. Read, Jr. '57, and Richard L. Dodds '56, both of the Student Council.
