Petitioners Request Skating Instruction

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

More than 100 ice-skating enthusiasts have already signed petitions to get a professional instructor at Watson Rink next winter.

The petitions, distributed this week at the House dining halls, the Union, and at Watson, will be posted until April 1 in order to get enough signatures to attract the interest of the Dean's Office and the Department of Athletics.

If the Department takes action, the instructor will provide lessons for both beginners and those interested in figure skating techniques.
