Wigg Quintet to Play Straus in Key Game

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The conclusion of a tight freshman intramural basketball race begins tonight when Straus South and Wigglesworth East play for top position in the second half of National League play at the IAB at 7:45. The winner then meets Grays tomorrow at 7:15 p.m. for the second half championship. Grays went undefeated in the second half of American League play.

The final game for the season crown will be played Wednesday night when Tuesday's winner meets the first half champ, Hollis. Hollis has slumped badly in second half play, so that Tuesday's winner should be the favorite for the championship. Currently leading the all-sports standings, Grays would go far ahead if it wins the basketball title.
