Undefeated '58 Sextet Crushes Brown, 12-5

Precision passing and shooting gave the Yardling hockey team a 12 to 5 victory over the hapless Brown freshmen last night at the Lynn Arena. The win was the 17th straight for the Yardlings.

The game was actually not as close as the score would indicate, since the Bruin goalie made 72 saves, 30 of them when his defense collapsed in the final period. Brown led, 3-2, until Lyle Guttu tied the score at 6:03 of the second period, and the Yardlings began to take a commanding lead.
