Varsity Squash Team Faces Weak Quaker Squad Today

Coach Jack Barnaby's varsity squash team will held what is little more than a practice session in Philadelphia today against weak Pennsylvania in preparation for tomorrow's important match against undefeated Princeton.

Hampered by a lack of home courts, the Quakers have won only two points in two seasons, bowing in four straight matches this year.

Princeton, however, with National Intercollegiate Champion Roger Campbell, has won six straight matches, defeating Navy by the same score by which the varsity lost, 7-2. The Tigers have also beaten M.I.T. (9-0), Amherst (7-2), and Williams (6-3). "We will certainly be underdogs against Princeton, but I still think we can win," said Barnaby. "The match will show our ability to rebound after losing our first in 23 contests last Saturday."

Against both teams, the Crimson's lineup will remain the same as against the Middles, Sophomore Ben Heckscher will be number one, followed by Captain Bill Wister, Guy Paschal, Bob Brown, Cal Place, "Bats" Wheeler, Pete Milton, Roger Cortesi, and Mike Levinson.
