A bill to extend Cambridge's present curfew regulations to include the age group from 16 to 21 years would get the vote of Joseph A. DeGuglielmo '29, former mayor of Cambridge and Harvard's only representative on the City Council. "I think teenagers are getting out of hand, and that includes student!" DeGuglielmo said in explaining his position.

According to the Registrar's Office, such a bill would affect approximately 3000 undergraduates.
