The University's plans to expand the Business School parking lot should receive the approval of the Boston building commission, it was learned yesterday.

"I can't conceive of any reason why the project should be rejected, building commissioner Charles A. Callanan stated.

Callanan said that the commission will probably hear the University's petition on Nov. 15 and reach a decision on the same day.
