Republican National Chairman Leonard W. Hall predicted, yesterday that President Eisenhower will run for a second term "if he feels he is able."

After a 45-minute political discussion with Ike in Gettysburg Hall reported he felt "very much encouraged" and would continue making campaign plans on the prospect that the President will run again in 1956.
