Chairman of the White House Conference on Education, Neil McElroy '25, yesterday denied that the delegation will be "stacked" either for or against direct federal aid to schools.

McElroy, a University Overseer, explained that the careful selection of the 2000 delegates "precludes and possibility of stacking" as charged by some labor leaders and Democratic members of Congress.
