Russia sent three of the 778 foreign students enrolled in the University this year, the Foreign Students Office revealed yesterday. The total enrollment, representing 83 countries, is a drop of 25 under last year's figure.

Two of the three Russian students have not studied here before.

One of them is at the Business School, and the other is doing post-graduate law work. The lone Soviet returnee is in the Medical School. Six Soviet satellites are also studying at the University. Latvia and Czechoslovakia have the most, with 14 and 13, respectively.

Although England sends more students to the College, Canada leads the list of foreign countries represented in the University with 126 students. Most of the Canadians are in the Business School and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

England has 56 students here, most of whom are in the Business School and the College. China and Germany follow with 43 and 36. France and India tie for fifth with 35 students each.
