Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Bigger and better war babies are making bigger administrative headaches and better freshman classes, but at least one University institution will open its doors to anybody who wants an education. To enter a CRIMSON competition requires neither a 140 point I.Q. nor "New York Times" training, nor even a peculiar interest in journalism.
The CRIME has attracted more Phi Beta Kappas than group VI men, and has produced more Harvard presidents than Yale presidents, but the only quality which all crimeds have in common is contributing to Cambridge's only breakfast table daily.
Editorial board members may emerge from the Widener stacks only long enough to leave their considered opinion on the Baluchistan question at 14 Plympton Street, and photographers may pass out of their darkrooms to daylight only long enough to find new subjects. It all depends on which type of mildew you want while at Harvard.
Far-flung Coverage
On the news board, editors cover every kind of event and opinion, whether it means getting arrested to see how local police treat rioting students, or interviewing Ernest Hemingway to identify Haldor Laxness.
For the more sedentary, the editorial board offers an opportunity to analyze anything from the FEPC to the HAA, to discuss Miro Painting or the decline of Harvardmanship.
Those who wish to record the world in pictures will be offered not only the best in cameras, darkrooms and engravers, but expert tutelage.
Behind the scenes, the financially inclined handle the largest undergraduate financial operation, keeping the six figure operation in the black, while practicing both salesmanship and advertising technique.
