Glee Club Concert Will Support Tour

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

To raise money for its scheduled European tour this summer, the Harvard Glee Club will give a benefit concert at 8:30 p.m. Friday night in Sanders theatre.

Although only a selected number of Glee Club members will tour the Continent next year, the Friday night concert will be a full Glee Club recital. The Radcliffe Choral Society will be missing, however, since it does not plan to join the Glee Club tour.

Included in the Friday night program are: "In Ecclesiis" by Gabriel, scenes from "Oedipus Rex" by Stravinski, and "The Last Word of David" by Randall Thompson, chairman of the Music Department. G. Wallace Woodworth will conduct this Friday night.
