Bunnies Blank Eliot In Soccer Playoff

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Leverett soccer team defeated Eliot 2 to 0 yesterday in the championship playoff, and earned the right to meet Yale's Berkeley College in the inter-college game tomorrow afternoon.

The Bunnies scored in the first and fourth periods. In the first, left-inside Steve Parker caught a lateral pass in the month of the goal, and kicked into the close corner. Right wing Bab Fung caught another pass in the fourth quarter and scored to make the final tally 2 to 0. A solid Leverett forward line was the main factor in shutting out the Elephants.
