Five home football games--starting with Tufts on Oct. 6, are scheduled for the 1956 opening of the Ivy League, Director of Athletics Thomas D. Bolles announced yesterday.

The Jumbos are the only non-Ivy college on the eight game schedule. The rest of the opponents are: Cornell (away) Oct. 13; Columbia (away) Oct. 20; Dartmouth Oct. 27; Pennsylvania Nov. 3; Princeton, (away) Nov. 10; Brown Nov. 17; and Yale Nov. 24.
