William E. Meigs '56 of North Braddock, Pa. and Adams House, who is varsity football captain, was recently elected chairman of the Undergraduate Athletic Council. Arthur G. Siler '56 of Orinda, Calif. and Winthrop House was picked as vice-chairman. Siler is varsity track captain.
