Richard W. Iverson '57 has been treated for a simple linear fracture of the skull in St. Joseph's Hospital in Lowell following the auto accident on Sunday in which an Arlington woman was killed.
The condition of William M. Shapiro '58 will not be fully known until further X-rays are taken today, the hospital reported.
Police said that the driver of the car, Frederick Hird III '57, will appear in Lowell District Court on Nov, 15, By that time, both Shapiro and Iverson should also be able to appear. Only Hird, with his lawyer, were in court yesterday, when the November date was set.
