Bill Cleary and Doug Manchester, center and defense man on last year's Eastern Champion Crimson hockey team, will get special leaves from the Army for the 1956 Olympic trials at the Boston Arena on Nov. 7, Harry Cleverly, Boston University coach, said yesterday.

Cleverly, who is in charge of selections from the Eastern half of the United States, said it was likely that prospective players of this year's Crimson varsity would also try out, although he has had no specific notification from College athletic officials as yet.
