Jordan Reports No Injuries, Plans to Work on Tackling

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

After an afternoon spent working the varsity against Columbia plays, Coach Lloyd Jordan said yesterday that the team came out of the Cornell game in good shape physically, and, barring injuries this week, would be at full strength when it invades Columbia Saturday.

Missing from yesterday's practice because of slight bumps and bruises were fullback Tony Gianelly, guard Ted Metropoules, and tackle Orville Tice.

Jordan said he planned to make "no lineup changes I haven't already tried" and commented that he would try to improve the team's blocking and tackling this week.
