In but one day of operation, the "Wellesley Syndicate," according to the latest returns, is prospering.
The eight "attractive" Wellesley girls who advertised in yesterday's CRIMSON to interview men who want Carousel dates reported triumphantly that "over a hundred have already replied, and we have even interviewed three males."
The Syndicate's Secretary of Ways and Means said that "the whole idea is merely an experiment prompted out of curiosity."
Operating out of Beebe Hall (Telephone WE 5-5942-M), the girls expressed confidence in finding at least eight "desirables" out of so many responses.
