Two seniors and a graduate student have won prizes in essay contests, Sargent Kennedy '28, secretary to the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, announced yesterday.

For winning the Winthrop Sargent competition, Henry Steele Commager, Jr. '54 will receive $150. Commager's essay was on "The Imagery in Antony and Cleopatra." Honorable mention went to Leo F. McNamara, Jr. '54.

Stephen M. Parrish 6G has been awarded the income from a fund established by William H. Arnold and Gertrude W. Arnold for writing the best essay on book collecting.
