Eliot House continued its rule of the water as Ed Davis won the rowing singles and Bernie Flynn took the comps in House competition. Two other Eliot rowers, John Bigelow and John Austin, finished second and third in the comps.
In the House wherries, two freshman ringers, Charles Van der Heide and John Read, ended up first and second. Ken Oberman of Dunster was third. Following Davis in the singles were Ken Culbert of Dunster, and Pete Alden of Winthrop.
