The Crimson rugby team, engaging in its first contest since the Bermuda tournament, massacred the Montreal Barbarians, 33 to 0, here Saturday in the season's highest scoring game.

High man for the Crimson was Larry Boies, who scored four tries worth three points apiece. Jorge Hardoy, Robin Homet, and ex-football captain John Nichols each contributed one, as the Barbarians had difficulty with their tackling. The remainder of the scoring came on penalty goals by Bill Frate and Woody Simpson and conversions by Frate, Simpson, and Joe Conzelman.

The varsity currently heads the standings of the Eastern Rugby union, and will play its third league match against Princeton at Vassar Saturday.
