Indiana's Hoosiers ran away with the last weekly Associated Press poll completed yesterday. McCracken's team, Big Ten Champion and victor over Kausas in the NCAA tournament, received 128 first place votes out of 159 ballots.

Seton Hall, winner of the National Invitation Tourney, finished second in the polling. Kansas State finished third, University of Washington was fourth, and Louisiana State ended in fifth place.

LaSalle, St. John's, Oklahoma A & M, Duquesne, and Notre Dame were next in that order. Holy Cross, only New England team receiving any votes, ended in 13th place. The Crusaders had a 20-6 record for the season.
