"The Realities of Law Enforcement with Reference to Wire-Tapping and the Fifth Amendment" will be the subject of a lecture this afternoon by J. Edward Lumbard, Jr. '22, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York State.

The Harvard Student Bar Association is sponsoring the lecture, which will be delivered in Langdell South Middle, at the Law School, at 5 p.m.
