Police have arrested two members of the Puerto Rican Nationalist Party at the home of Mrs. Pedro Albizu y Campos, in Havana. Ms. Campos, a former Radcliffe graduate student, is the wife of the Harvard educated leader of the Puerto Rican Nationalist Party.
