'Cliffe Council Favors New Voting Procedure

By a unanimous vote of all 15 members, the Radcliffe Council recommended a drastic revision of its own structure yesterday.

The group called for the abolition of college-wide elections for Council posts, with the exception of the presidency, and proposed that members be elected in the future only from the dormitories. The plan, which must be approved by the newly chosen 1954-55 Council, would reduce the group's membership by six.
