The varsity lacrosse team makes its first appearance of the season this afternoon in a practice game with the Boston Lacrosse Club on the Business School Field.

Despite recent injuries to midfielders Albie Wells and Jim Telfer, the team as a whole, will be the strongest in three years.

Last year's attack of Monk Aicllo, Ed Curtis, and Phil Waring returns intact. Veterans Johnny Hartwell and Tom Crump, and sophomore Fred Sharf comprise the defense, with Pat Esmiol, Paul Jones, and Bill Toohey making up the second string.

Dexter Lewis, Tim Anderson, and Johnny Lane will start at midfield. The second line will be Todd Goodwin, Fred. Horween, and Karl Bjork. Fuzzy Stewart, Church Edwards, and Skip Baldwin make up the third.

Several ex-Crimson players, including Mo Baldwin, Pete Brooke, and Fred Coburn will be playing for the BLC.
