The University's rughy team opens its season here tomorrow afternoon against the New York Rugby Club. The game is the first of 12 league contests.
Expected to be included in the 15-man starting team are former UCLA football captain Woodie Simpson, last year's varsity eleven captain John Nichols, and guard on this year's football squad Bill Frate.
The team is playing in the newly-formed Eastern Rugby Union. The league's membership includes Dartmouth, M.I.T. Yale, Princeton, the Washington Rugby Club, the New York Rugby Club, and Harvard.
The Crimson squad will travel to Bermuda during the Easter vacation.
