150 Griders Top Harvard

The win clinched the Eastern title for the Nassaumen on a percentage basis, but not on a moral one. The 155 pound Tigers still must face pre-season favorite of the lightweight league perennially strong Navy. The Middies do not play Harvard, as they are outside the Big Three.

Tom Meeker was doing his swivel-hipping to perfection this morning. He also hit his right end with two long beautiful aerials that Meeker should have turned into additional scores. But both times, obviously showing the effects of Friday's contest, he was caught from behind.
