The varsity hockey team will join seven other colleges, two of them from Canada, in a tourney at the Boston Arena on December 27, 28, and 29, the Arena announced yesterday.
Other colleges entering the round-robin are: Boston College, Boston University, Brown, Northeastern, McGill St. Lawrence, and Tufts. The Arena will publish the pairings within the next week, along with the number of games scheduled for each night. Originally, the tourney was to consist of three double-headers, but a number of the participants reportedly wished to play twice, regardless of the outcome of the first game.
